Why don't doctors make house calls anymore? For illnesses that don't require immediate surgery or emergency situations it seems like the best, most affordable option. Not to mention who wouldn't feel more comfortable and probably recover quicker in their own bed if you have at least one loved one to help you out at home?

I was almost surprised that Steve Jobs couldn't buy his way out of death, considering just how much money he had. Even as someone with only a fraction of his wealth, I think improved medical care, etc is something that anyone with any amount of above average wealth should be attempting to leverage. Do you really need more shoes and a newer car? Or would you rather be healthier for longer? If I had billions, I'd definitely be spending a bunch of it paying doctors to try to find ways to extend my lifespan and healthspan. Heck, for someone with billions, you can afford to have a team of doctors working for you 100% of the time, just pay their salaries - and it's barely anything to you anyway. So why not? I'm surprised more money isn't spent this way. Why wouldn't you do it if you had billions?

I like the idea of luxury hospitals. At least this reduces the amount of people entering the hospital. Maybe, build a hospital for the middle class would be great idea especially, for a low income class. So that it's easier to manage entering the hospital.
